RETURNS

We are proud of the workmanship and quality controls we have in place to make sure the products we are producing are of the highest standard. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is defective, damaged, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.

Returns will be accepted for products purchased online, within 45 days of receipt, if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. You need to provide proof of purchase (which may include the invoice, credit card statement or other payment statement) at the time of making the return.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] and we will do our utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible and assist you in the return of the product. We will email you a shipping label to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers; negligence will not be accepted.

COMPLIMENTARY GLOBAL SHIPPING

Shleep offers complimentary global door to door shipping.

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong once payment is received.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of when the order is received, unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order.
  • Bespoke orders will be notified of when the order is completed and ready for dispatch.
  • Please note that during holiday or promotional periods dispatch times may be slightly delayed.
  • We use FedEx & DHL as our shipping agents.
  • We will forward you your tracking details via email.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts- 

Delivery time: Order verification and production: quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment centre for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment centre to the destination.

International delivery usually takes from about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by FedEx. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 business days and 7 business days to arrive at their destination depending on your country location but can take longer from time to time subject to Customs Clearance.

For orders over the value of US$200, a free express delivery is available to USA/Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand & Asia Pacific. All other regions subject to confirmation.

Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR ORDERS UNDER US$200 a US$20 flat fee will apply.
